Speaking of sunshine, how's your Vitamin D level?



Did you know 1 in every 2 Americans is Vit D deficient? Symptoms can include fatigue, muscle aches, joint pain, osteoporosis, and fractures. While not a cure-all, daily supplementation has been shown to decrease overall mortality from multiple causes, including cancer and respiratory illness. Most physicians recommend between 800 and 1000 iU of Vitamin D3 each day. What's your favorite way to achieve healthy Vit D levels?
