Nothing fills up like a calendar in December! As we enter the holiday season, we all know we need to choose what we say yes to wisely. Which one of these tips do you plan to incorporate to prioritize your health this holiday season?


  • Eating nutritious foods (most of the time)

  • Swiping off and getting some much needed rest

  • Drinking more water than anything else

  • Saying "No, thank you" to last-minute, requires-a-homemade-dish parties and events

  • Letting go of what you cannot control

  • Grieving friends, family, and traditions
