Coaching works!




The highlight of a recent study for me was that people who received coaching instead of educational materials about exercise were 37% less likely to die in the next 8 years!

     

"Margaret Tubridy, a 69-year-old from North Belfast who took part in the trial, said: “I had never exercised in my life, but with the right support and encouragement I was able to walk more and more.""
